How we approach it

The thinking behind these trips

Large groups in Kashmir need something quite different from couples: block bookings made early, coaches that can actually make the Gulmarg climb, meals pre-ordered so eighty people are not waiting two hours, and a coordinator on the ground who can rebuild the day when the gondola shuts for wind.

We run corporate offsites, college and school trips, incentive travel and extended family groups of up to two hundred. That includes conference rooms and AV in Srinagar, team activities at Gulmarg and Pahalgam, group shikara flotillas, bonfire and wazwan evenings, and the paperwork most organisers would rather not deal with.

Send us headcount, dates and budget band and we will come back with a full day-by-day plan and a single consolidated quote.

What we take care of

Exact inclusions depend on your dates and standard of stay — these are the things we build into every trip of this kind.

  • Dedicated group coordinator

One person on the ground with your full itinerary, managing rooming lists, meals and timings.

  • Coach and tempo traveller fleet

Vehicles sized and permitted for mountain routes, with backup arranged for breakdowns.

  • Conference and event support

Meeting rooms, AV, banquet spaces and bonfire or wazwan evenings arranged end to end.

  • Pre-ordered group meals

Menus agreed in advance at every stop so your group is never waiting on a kitchen.

Questions

Groups & Corporate FAQs

The questions we get asked most about this kind of trip.

What is the largest group you handle?

We regularly run groups of 100–200. Beyond that we split into managed sub-groups with separate coordinators and staggered timings.

Can you arrange conference facilities in Srinagar?

Yes — several lakefront hotels have proper banquet and conference spaces, and we handle AV, seating and catering as part of the package.

How far in advance should we book a group trip?

Ideally two to three months, and longer for peak summer or snow season. Block bookings for large groups get difficult inside six weeks.

Do you provide a single consolidated invoice?

Yes. One quote, one invoice, GST-compliant, with a clear breakdown by component.
